Volunteer call: fall field setup crews

Every BUDA game you have ever played started with someone arriving 45 minutes early with a bag of cones. This fall, we are formalizing that someone into actual crews — and we need volunteers.
Field setup crews handle lining and coning fields, posting the field map placard at the entrance, and stocking the first-aid and lost-and-found bins. It takes about 30 minutes before the first game, you do it at the league night you already attend, and crew members get next season's registration discounted to the lowest tier automatically.
We need 3-4 people per venue per night across the fall leagues — Pine Banks, Hunting Field, Morrison, Danehy, Smith Field, and Moakley all have open slots. Teardown crews (10 minutes, after the last game, mostly counting cones) are even easier and equally needed.
This is unglamorous work and it is exactly what keeps a volunteer-run league functional. Sign up on the volunteer page or email volunteer@buda.org with your league night and home field.
